The Irish Offshore Wind Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) is an initiative of the EU-funded T-shore project.
The CoVE is a network of Irish organisations that will foster a skills ecosystem supporting innovation, regional development, and social inclusion within the Offshore Wind Energy sector. Its grassroots approach will engage diverse local stakeholders, allowing education and training institutions to rapidly adapt to evolving industry, economic, and social needs. Through transnational collaborations, the Irish CoVE will leverage international networks and expertise to enhance the offshore wind energy sector in Ireland and Europe. This digital platform is designed to support those who are interested in a career in Offshore Wind Energy; and organisations who provide training, education, employment and research within the sector.
